Each person with a login is a user. Travelers, suppliers, approvers acting from a link and sub-agents on the First plan do not count as users.
Yes. Move up at any time and the difference is prorated. Moving down takes effect from the next billing period.
Platform conversation charges from WhatsApp are passed through at cost and shown separately on your bill. Everything else is in the per-user price.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing location.
