Q01Does Travelopedic book hotels or flights by itself?
A
No. Your agents request and confirm services with suppliers as they do today. Travelopedic records the confirmations, creates the vouchers and keeps the booking in order.
Q02Can travelers upload their documents directly?
A
Yes. They receive a secure link to upload passport copies, photographs and other documents. Uploads are stored encrypted and only visible to the booking's team.
Q03Can we change the reminder schedule?
A
Yes. Set which reminders go out and when, per trip type. A domestic weekend trip and an international honeymoon can follow different schedules.
Q04What happens to vouchers when a booking changes?
A
They are regenerated with the new details and the earlier version is kept on file, so you can always see what was shared and when.
