Q01Does the AI know real prices?
A
It only uses rates you have loaded. Anything it cannot price from your sheets is flagged as Rate needed for the agent to fill in. It never invents a hotel rate.
Q02Can we edit the AI draft?
A
Every line. Swap a hotel, move a day, change a transfer, rewrite a description. The draft is a starting point, not a final answer.
Q03Can the customer accept the quote online?
A
Yes. The quote link has an accept button and, if you enable it, an advance payment link through a licensed payment partner, paid into your agency's own account.
Q04Do revisions get messy?
A
Each change creates a new version. The customer always sees the latest one, and your team can compare versions side by side.
