Q01Does the AI book anything by itself?
No. It cannot confirm hotels, issue tickets, take payments or send messages without an agent. It prepares drafts; people make the decisions.
Q02Where does the AI get hotel and transfer prices?
Only from the rate sheets and supplier records your agency has loaded. If a price is missing, the line is marked Rate needed instead of being estimated.
Q03Is our customer data used to train AI models?
No. Your traveler and booking data is used to draft content for your agency only. It is not sold and not used to train public models.
Q04Can we switch the AI off?
Yes. AI drafting can be turned off for the whole agency or for specific roles, and every module works without it.
Q05Can the AI write in our tone?
Yes. Set your agency's greeting, sign-off and style once, and drafted follow-ups and itinerary descriptions follow it. Agents can still edit every word.
