Terms of Service
The rules of the terminal: how trials, subscriptions, AI drafts and your agency's data work.
01Agreement
These terms govern access to our travel agency management software and this website (together, the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.
02Accounts and users
- You must give accurate details at sign-up and keep login credentials confidential.
- Each user login is for one named person. Sharing logins is not allowed.
- The account owner is responsible for all activity under the agency's account, including actions by users and sub-agents it invites.
03Free trial
New agencies can use the Service free for 14 days on the fare class selected at sign-up. At the end of the trial, the account continues only if a paid plan is chosen. Data created during the trial is kept for 30 days after the trial ends so you can subscribe without losing work.
04Plans, billing and taxes
- Plans are priced per user per month in US dollars, billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Applicable taxes are added based on your billing location.
- WhatsApp platform conversation charges are passed through at cost and shown separately.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
- If payment fails, we will notify you and may limit the account to read-only access after 14 days.
05AI drafts
The Service uses AI to draft itineraries, quotes, descriptions and messages. Drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Your users are responsible for checking prices, availability, timings and any travel information before sharing it with customers.
The AI does not book services, take payments or send messages without a user's action.
06Visa, entry and tax information
Visa and entry guidance in the Service is informational and shown with its source. It is not legal advice, and entry decisions rest with the issuing authorities. Verify with official sources before advising travelers.
Tax calculations, including GST and TCS, follow the settings your agency configures. You are responsible for those settings and for filing returns. We recommend your accountant reviews them.
07Customer payments
Payment links are provided by licensed payment partners and are subject to their terms. Money paid by your customers goes to your agency's account with that partner. We are not a party to the contract between your agency and its customers or suppliers.
08Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send spam or messages customers have not agreed to receive.
- Do not upload data you have no right to process.
- Do not attempt to access other agencies' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.
09Your data
Your agency owns the data it puts into the Service. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data in Excel at any time.
10Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided by email, with priority handling on the First plan.
11Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from the account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. After closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
